Physical activity for older people
There are now a range of regular physical activity sessions designed for older people in Portsmouth. These are fun to take part in and aimed at improving general health and well being as well as helping to reduce the risks of falls and improve quality of life in general. Examples of activities which have been included are New Age Kurling, Tai Chi, Tea Dances chairbased exercise.
