The Health Improvement and Development Service delivers a range of services for older people in partnership with colleagues from other statutory, independent and voluntary sector organisations. These services aim to enable older people in Portsmouth to live independently while remaining active and socially included. All our services aim to increase independence and promote wellbeing.
