Physical Activity
Thanks to funding provided by Communities for Health, it has been possible to arrange regular physical activity sessions for older people to improve health and mobility, help to reduce the risk of falls and improve quality of life.
Activities include Tai Chi, line dancing, Scottish dancing etc.
Sessions are held in a variety of settings including local authority rest homes and day centres,
sheltered housing, Age Concern groups and various community venues.
