Monday Club, Paulsgrove

The Monday Club is a social activity group for older people that meets at Paulsgrove Community Centre. It was started in response to a request from older people living in the area for such a group.
 
Members meet for two hours on Mondays, between 2 - 4pm. Activities include: monthly guest speakers, exercise sessions and outings. The group decide on what activities and speakers they have.
 
All the activity groups join together once a year for a Christmas party.
