Five Portsmouth community members have come together to illustrate how they have made small changes to their favourite traditional recipes to make them healthier on a DVD that you can watch here.
People from Black and Ethnic communities, like all residents of the UK, are at high risk of health problems, influenced by their diets and physical activity choices. By making small changes to your diet and increasing physical activity levels, you can make a lot of difference to your health!
This DVD gives advice that you can use in everyday life, plus it provides healthy, nutritious family recipes!
