"Take Care"

The "Take Care" magazine is published quarterly (March, June, September and December) and includes a wealth of information for the benefit of carers, headline news, diary dates and much more. It is circulated to carers and associated local organisations that are on our mailing list. To join the mailing list, please contact the Carers Centre.
 
We are also keen to have you get involved in the production of the magazine at whatever level you wish. To join the team and be involved in the writing and publication, please contact Lynda at the Carers Centre. Getting involved in producing "Take Care" gives you an opportunity to develop and learn some new skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
 
The most recent issues are available for you to download below. They are in PDF format and to read them you will need the Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer. Most modern computers already have it installed but if not, you can download a copy from the Adobe web site.
 
There are also audio tape and large print versions in MS Word format available
