The Guide to Residential Care - Covering Hampshire, Portsmouth & Southampton. Practical information for people who need to move into residential care, as well as information for their family and friends. The book also includes a list of registered care homes for adults and older people.
 
Better Care Higher Standards - Information booklet for people who need long-term care, and their carers. The booklet covers issues such as, helping the person to remain independent, ensuring you receive appropriate health care and helping carers to care.
 
Where to find help from Health, Housing and Social Care - This leaflet provides information on the addresses and phone number for local housing offices, Social Care Offices and the Health Improvement & Development Service (HIDS)
