The Portsmouth Carers Centre exists to provide information, support and access to breaks for all Carers in Portsmouth. We can support access to breaks like Day Care and Sitting Service as well as working with individuals to find more tailored breaks. We can put you in touch with carers' support groups and sources of help, and also provide advice and a listening ear. We provide services for Young Carers, dedicated workers for adult mental health Carers and support for Carers groups. We can help you access training and benefits advice.
 
The Carers Centre has a library of information available to browse on a wide range of topics of interest to Carers.

Support Groups
Carers support groups provide a valuable break and, apart from the comfort gained by moral support, there is the huge range of practical information that can only be supplied by a fellow Carer.
